The author "documents the scale of the challenge [facing Dublin], drawing extensively on what is happening right now as a guide to the future pattern of Dublin's development" (cover blurb). Sadly prescient. Details who is running Dublin and looks at the building of the Luas, Temple Bar, Ballymun and Quarryvale. Beautifully produced by Gandon as a sequel to McDonald's The Destruction of Dublin (1985) and Saving the City (1989).
